Devansh Shah
Devansh is currently part of the Property & Real Estate as well as Trusts and Estates team at Parinam. Devansh started his career with Messrs. Kanga & Company, where he joined in the month of February 2011.
Devansh’s practice and experience covers the following three main areas of work:
In Conveyancing – Advising, drafting, negotiating and preparing memoranda of understanding, conveyances, development agreements, agreements for sale, deeds of transfer, leave and license agreements, lease deeds, deeds of release, deeds of assignment, development agreements, gift deeds for movables and immovable properties, mortgage deeds, development agreements, documents of incorporation for condominiums, title reports and verification of title.
In Private Wealth, Trusts & Estate Management – Drafting, preparing, structuring and advisory services in respect of family arrangements, indentures of trust, documents related to appointment, resignation and retirement of trustees, wills, codicils and opinions.
Civil litigation & advisory – Experience in working on administrative suits, partition suits, testamentary petitions and suits, Income-tax appeals, first appeals before the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay in land acquisition matters, petitions relating to oppression and mismanagement before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
