Parinam advised and successfully represented T-series Entertainment Private Limited in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India and other Courts in India in relation to the film ‘Adipurush’ wherein the certification issued by the CBFC was under challenge. Also successfully advised and represented them before the Delhi High Court in opposing the grant of reliefs restraining the release of the film ‘Faraaz’ in India.
