Parinam successfully defends a claim in arbitration proceedings filed by the clients customer, interalia alleging negligence in taking reasonable care of its goods stored in the clients warehouse.

Successfully represented a client in an Arbitration wherein the counter-party (Claimant), being a chemical products supplier, filed a claim against the client (Respondent), being a warehousing service provider, for damages arising out of damage caused to the Claimants products on account of alleged negligence by the Respondent. The Arbitral Award dismissed all the claims filed by the Claimant, while allowing the counter-claims filed by the client.
