Advised and represented a well known real estate firm before the Bombay High Court in writ proceedings challenging the order of the Principal Judge, Bombay City Civil Court conditionally staying the order of eviction and payment of damages passed by the Estate Officer of a national insurance company. The Bombay High Court accpeted our argument that the order passed by the City Civil Court was an unreasoned one and directed the lower court to hear the matter on stay of the order, afresh and after considering the merits.
