Parinam represented a leading advertising company in writ proceedings before the Bombay High Court challenging the decision of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (‘MSRTC’) to not grant sufficient time to prospective bidders for submission of expression of interest (EOI) for a public tender on road beautification works. The Bombay High Court accepted our arguments that insufficient time was granted between the publication of the advertisement and closing of submission of EOI and stayed further action from being taken by MSRTC in respect of the bids already received. Ultimately the matter was settled and the petition was withdrawn.
