Parinam successfully represented Super Cassettes in an action by a writer seeking stay of the release of the film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ on the streaming Parinamtform Netflix, claiming that the film infringed his copyright. We succesfully defended the suit filed before the Bombay Civil Court at Dindoshi wherein ad-interim relief was rejected and the film permitted to be released on Netflix.
