Parinam secured mandatory injunctions for Cape of Good Films before the Delhi High Court against rogue websites infringing rights in the film ‘Ram Setu’

Parinam advised and represented M/s. Cape of Good Films LLP before the Delhi High Court in relation to the film, ‘Ram Setu’ and successfully obtained mandatory injunctive reliefs against several rogue websites which were preparing to infringe the copyright with respect to the film.
