Advised a leading developer with pan Indian presence, on development activities pertaining to Special Economic Zonea on land admeasuring approximately 3000 acres in Nashik belonging to the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). We investigated the rights held by the client in the land, advised on requisite permissions and approvals from MIDC, assisted in liaising and corresponding with the MIDC, addressed issues/ concerns raised by MIDC and prepared draft notices in-reply to the concerns
