Parinam advised and represented Micromax Informatics in customs duty refund proceedings before Bombay and Delhi High Courts

Parinam advised and represented Micromax Informatics Limited in a proceeding before the Bombay High Court in relation to Show Cause Notice issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Refund) demanding refund of the custom duty paid by them. The firm is presently representing them before the statutory authorities, the Delhi High Court as well as the Bombay High Court in relation to various Show Cause Notices concerning refund of custom duty.
