Advising a public charitable trust on payment of donations received by the trust to a non-profit company (under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013). Parinam has been involved in detailed structuring of the transaction, advising the client on the procedure and steps to be taken for such donations vis-à-vis the scheme of the trust and office of the charity commissioner, assisting the trust in liaising with the office of the charity commissioner, making requisite application and filing necessary proceedings with the office of the charity commissioner and preparing, negotiating and finalizing the requisite documentation for the transaction
