Advising and representing a public charitable trust seeking to remove certain trustees from its board of trustees for alleged acts of misfeasance and failure to protect trust property. For this matter, our role involved representing the remaining trustees and the trust before the local courts, securing the interest of the remaining trustees and the trust, filing requisite proceedings before the charity commissioner, addressing the issues/ concerns raised by the charity commissioner in relation to the aforesaid proceedings and making applications for obtaining necessary orders directing removal of such trustees
