In an INR 700 crore deal, advised Bhagwati Products Limited, a Micromaxx group company, in procuring DPIIT approval under the FDI Policy under Press Note 3 (2020 Series) for securing investment from Huaqin, the world’s largest original design manufacturer of mobiles and laptops for INR 700 Crores.
Advised a Poonawalla group company in acquiring majority stake in a solid oxide fuel cell technology manufacturing companies in India and follow its acquisitions in Germany and Switzerland.
