He has represented corporate and pharmaceutical conglomerates before arbitration tribunals in India and before the London Court of International Arbitration, Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Hitesh has also advised and served as arguing counsel in complex commercial, corporate and anti-trust litigations before foreign courts in the United States and United Kingdom, the Supreme Court of India, High courts of India and Tribunals. He has significant expertise in media, entertainment and intellectual property disputes and has advised production houses, directors and artistes in both corporate and dispute resolution matters. He continues to build on his robust experience in white collar crimes, having acted as attorney and sole advisor on several landmark investigations involving high-profile individuals. In 2025, Hitesh had the honour of serving as a full-time member of the 23rd Law Commission of India under the Chairmanship of former Supreme Court judge, Justice Dinesh Maheshwari (Retd.). In the past he has also been closely involved in advising the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology on the landmark Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
