  • Advised TVS Holdings, one of the largest auto components manufacturing and distribution group in India for obtaining registration to carry on the business as a core investment company (NBFC-CIC) under RBI Act, 1934.
  • Advised Bhagwati Products Limited in obtaining approval from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India for investment by Haiqin Telecom Hong Kong Limited, a Chinese investor.
  • Representing Bharat Sanchay LLP in obtaining registration as an alternate investment fund category III with SEBI.
  • Advised TVS Holdings in obtaining approval from the Competition Commission of India for its acquisition of a majority stake in Indian subsidiary of a Czech consumer finance group – Home Credit Group.
  • Advised and represented a prominent Indian pharmaceutical company on the implications of its American subsidiary facing an anti-trust investigation by the Department of Justice, Washington DC We worked on tandum with an American law firm in Washington DC to assess any potential exposure or risk to the parent company and its Indian promoters.
  • Advised and represented a leading pharmaceutical company before the Competition Commission of India in an enquiry initiated against few pharmaceutical companies alleging price coordination and cartelization in selling a Type-2 Diabetes Drug.
  • Advised a leading ticketing platform with respect to the certain issues raised by the Director General of the Competition Commission of India alleging abuse of dominant position by the platform by entering into exclusive and restrictive agreements with cinemas and multiplexes.
