  • Advising D2R Films LLP on its OTT shows with Netflix and Amazon such as Guns and Gulaabs, Citadel: Honey Bunny, Farzi, Family Man, Glitch and new upcoming series Rakt Brahmand. Acted as production counsel for D2R Film LLP for various films and series to be released on leading OTT platforms. Negotiating, finalising, and closing multiple show deals for D2R films LLP with Amazon and Netflix. Advised and drafted various agreements relating to film and series development such as content development, co-production agreements, director agreements, writer agreement, showrunner agreements.
  • Acting as productiuon counsel for BeingU Studios Private Limited for their show The Great Indian Kapil Show for both Season 1 and 2 released on Netflix.
  • Acting as production counsel for True Story for various films and series to be released on leading OTT platforms. Negotiating, finalising, and closing multiple show deals for True Story with platforms. Advised and drafted various agreements relating to film and series development such as content development, co-production agreements, director agreements, writer agreement, showrunner agreements.
  • Acting as production counsel for Nikhil Nanda Motion Pictures for its two upcoming web-series to be released on leading OTT platforms. Negotiating, finalising, and closing show deals for NNMP with the platform. Advised and drafted various agreements relating to film and series development such as content development, co-production agreements, director agreements, writer agreement, showrunner agreements.
  • Acting as production counsel for Abundantia Entertainment Private Limited for various films and series to be released on leading OTT platforms. Negotiating, finalising, and closing multiple show deals for AEPL with Amazon and Netflix. Advised and drafted various agreements relating to film and series development such as content development, co-production agreements, director agreements, writer agreement, showrunner agreements.
  • Advised Guru Randhawa for his upcoming independent album involving drafting several composer assignments, lyrics assignment and singer agreements as well as on his distribution Agreement with Warner Music India.
  • Advised Rthyms Life India for its distribution agreement with Warner Music India.
  • Advised Kapil Sharma for its distribution agreement with Warner Music India.
  • Advised Cape of Good Films, Being U Studios, Muzik One Global in drafting and negotiating agreements for acquisition of songs, licensing songs to other production houses, agreements with lyricists, music composers, singers, etc, advising on matters of music disputes including allegations of copyright infringement and breach of contract, acquisition of repertoire of songs from various artists.
  • Endorsement agreement for Orhan Awatramani with Arvind Youth Brands Pvt. Ltd.for brand Flying Machine.
  • Endorsement Agreement for Kapil Sharma with Fashnear Technolgies Pvt. Ltd. for brand Meesho.
  • Endorsement Agreement for Guru Randhawa with Snitch Apparel’s Pvt. Ltd. for brand Snitch.
  • Endorsement Agreement for KL Rahul for upcoming endorsement undertaken by him.
  • Endorsement agreement for Netsurf for its brand NETSURF’S NATURAMORE- with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan.
  • Advised Hefty Games Pvt. Ltd. in several master license agreements with gamers for the purpose of development of non-fungible tokens.
  • Advised Uni League Pvt. Ltd. In formation of a university league along with all underlying agreements.
  • Assisted a well-reputed online fantasy gaming company with representing its interests before relevant ministries.
