Parinam has advised and represented a charitable trust involved in advancement of education in particular for women. We have addressed several key aspects in the matter including (i) setting up of schools, hostels and training centers for women, (ii) sale of assets standing in the name of the trust including liaising with the office of the charity commissioner, preparing requisite applications and filing necessary proceedings with the office of the charity commissioner as well as obtaining the necessary permissions and approvals for facilitating such sale, (iii) investigating the title of the immovable properties held by the trust and (iv) representing the trust before the concerned courts including the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Small Causes Court etc. in respect of various proceedings initiated by or against the trust
