Advising a consortium of purchasers in their acquisition of a land parcel belonging to a public charitable trust. We have investigated the title of the trust to the land, examined the reservations affecting the land and active litigations affecting the land. We have advised on structuring of the purchase transaction as regards the inter-corporate structure of holdings by entities (including companies, partnership firms and other private trusts) having rights in respect of the land, liaising with the office of the charity commissioner in compliance with court orders, , negotiating and finalizing the requisite transaction documentation for acquisition of rights from all parties holding / having interest / rights in the land
