Parinam assisted and advised a leading media house in setting up entertainment & utility centres comprising a movie theatre, exhibition centres, food and beverage cafes and retail units across Maharashtra. The firm’s role included undertaking diligence of land parcels identified and checking for reservations, litigations and zoning aspects affecting the lands and issuing reports on title for the same. In addition, the firm was also involved in setting up framework agreements, operations & management agreements, agreements for provision of utilities as well as documentation to be signed with prospective licensees/ retailers.
