  • Advised and represented a private port in securing the arrest of a vessel before the Madras High Court. The dispute also involved the interplay between the priority of dues as per the Admiralty Act and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
  • Represented a Chinese company in the arrest of a vessel towards recovery of its dues.
  • Advised and represented a Dubai based company for recovery of its dues by initiating action under civil and admiralty law.
  • Advised and represented a vessel owner in the challenge to a foreign award passed by an arbitral tribunal in relation to a dispute arising out of a Contract of Afferightment.
