  • “Advising and representing one of India’s leading supplier’s of household products and supplies in a commercial dispute arising out of a sale of land in breach of recognised rights and charges before the Bombay High Court and the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
  • Advised and represented minority debenture holders before the Bombay High Court in proceedings under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for securing the outstanding amounts due and payable. The matter also involved securing interim reliefs the personal and corporate guarantors of the Debenture Issuer before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court along with simultaneously approaching the National Company Law Tribunal under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act, 2016.
  • Advising and representing the Indian retail portfolio arm of one of the world’s leading investment firms and one of India’s leading mall leasing companies in proceedings pertaining to validation of transactions undertaken by a company in liquidation before the Bombay High Court.
