Parinam advised and represented RRB Realtors Pvt. Ltd (“developer”) before the Bombay High Court in a writ petition seeking directions against MHADA for grant of Occupation Certificate (“OC”) to the developer. Parinam was successful in obtaining final reliefs in favor of the developer inter alia which involved directions to (i) MHADA asking them to process the OC for the free sale building and (ii) the Society asking them to co operate with the developer by withdrawing proceedings against them.
